Using the HOGBOX is a very simple, almost foolproof way of slow cooking a whole Pig or any other large cut of meats and poultry to perfection. Even with limited cooking skill anyone can use it . Simply place the meat in the box, then after inserting a wireless thermo probe into your meat/s, replace the lid, light the charcoals and according to the type or size of the meat/s your cooking and with the help of a smartphone app you can keep checking the cooking progress of the contents inside. When instructed then take off the lid, let meat rest a little and enjoy. Easy as that.
